Exposing Financial Impact for SMBs

Small businesses are a good indicator to measure the pulse of economy in any country as they constitute more than 98 percent of businesses within that country. They are intricately linked to large businesses, government departments and educational institutions as both suppliers and customers. A large percentage of consumers also rely on small businesses for products and services that they consume within their households. Information Technology plays an important role in daily operations of small businesses across all departmental functions including sales, marketing, operations, finance and customer support.
As seen in the chart above, based on Techaisle’s Global SMB Surveys, 2013, Reducing operating costs and Improving employee productivity are among the top business priorities of small businesses and they are turning towards IT more than ever to achieve their business priorities.
