Today, Mavenlink, Inc. released a series of enhancements to their signature project management application. These enhancements offer Mavenlink users greater control over financial management and reporting within their organization.
Mavenlink, a California-based organization, started in 2008, but made their first debut into the application space in 2010. The company currently has 500,000 users and is listed as one of the top apps in the Google Marketplace.
The enhancements released today include the following:
- Time Sheet Reports, which allow an organization to monitor billable and non-billable hours to get a better idea of project cost for a client.
- AR Aging Reports, to help organizations reduce time-to-payment. These reports appear in an easy-to-read table for 30, 60 and 90 day segments.
- Work in Progress Reports (WIP). This new report allows an organization to go in-depth into project costs by displaying planned v. actual costs and all billable/billed items.
“Mavenlink, and our new smart class of products, is improving the way work is defined and managed across distributed teams,” explained Ray Grainger, Mavenlink’s CEO, in a press release today. “With the addition of these new financial management and reporting capabilities, Mavenlink becomes even more compelling, enabling businesses to improve productivity, increase profitability and more effectively manage business outcomes.”
