Yesterday, Level Platforms announced a technology integration between their Managed Workplace RMM software and DOCUWISE, LLC’s PESO software. This integration will allow MSPs to more fully manage print ecosystems.

The Managed Workplace solution from Level Platforms is a well-recognized RMM that enables users to manage complete IT environments from a single dashboard, while the DOCUWISE PESO (Print Environment System Organizer) is an alert system to help MSPs monitor printer fleet health. As a result, the new integration will allow MSPs to receive ink, paper jam and maintenance alerts directly to their Managed Workplace dashboard, which will enable organizations to automate supply ordering and maintenance appointments.
