Today, LabTech Software announced that they have added Intel vPro integration into their Remote Monitoring and Management platform. This new integration will allow MSPs to better enable RMM recovery and decrease downtime.
“Intel vPro-based PCs typically experience half the average downtime of a non-vPro PC and vPro further reduces the need for IT service providers to make onsite visits to repair OS or hardware failure and reduced overall supportability costs. In particular, today’s announced integration with Intel vPro technology will enable technicians to employ the LabTech single-click connect functionality even when a device is shut down or the OS is disabled (blue screen, etc.). From this remote connection, technicians may then view BIOS and boot sequences and then diagnose/repair any issues.
