Yesterday, the Infortrend Corporation announced that they have added 5 new models to their EonNAS x10 series. These new models are designed to provide cost-effective storage and file sharing for SMBs.
Infortrend specifically released three new models to the EonNAS x10 Pro series, which included the 2-bay Pro 210, 5-bay Pro 510 and 8-bay Pro 810. The remaining two additions were the 1U EonNAS 1110 (4-bay) and the 8-bay 2U EonNAS 1210, both of which are rack-mounted options. All options announced yesterday feature enhanced compression and de-duplication features, the ability to support up to 4TB of SATA HDD, and the ability to quickly restore files.
