SMB Nation Partners with Class Action Capital on Visa/MasterCard Settlement Action

Analytics/ Analysis
offered a few guidelines, tips and information on a landmark $7-billion-plus class action settlement against credit card companies Visa and MasterCard.During our conversation, Danese discussed the lawsuit, which alleges that inflated interchange fees were attributable to merchants that accepted Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards between January, 2004 and November, 2012, and Visa’s and MasterCard’s rules for merchants that accept their cards.

Danese noted that our SMB community is eligible to participate (and receive payout) from this lawsuit, if they accepted these two types of credit cards for transactions during the time frame above, per final approval of the court.

In order to assist our community in participating in this landmark lawsuit, so that they can retrieve funds lost during this eight-year period, SMB Nation is working with Class Action Capital to help get you started. If you think you may be eligible to participate in this lawsuit, simply just click here to get started, and to begin the recovery process.
