tw telecom inc. announced it was selected as the recipient of seven ATLANTIC-ACM North American Business Connectivity awards. The Colorado-based Business Ethernet and networking solutions provider was awarded: Large Service Provider Brand, Sales Reps, Provisioning, Network Performance, Customer Service, Voice Value, and Data Value.
Awards were given based on individual ratings of about 4,000 enterprise customers of their service providers for the 2014 ATLANTIC-ACM North American Business Connectivity Report Card. The Report Card provides insight into service providers through customer evaluations of performance in a variety of key areas and will be released later this year.
