This morning, SugarCRM announced the availability of a new deployment option for their CRM applications at the SugarCon 2013 event in New York, NY. SugarCRM customers may now choose to have their services deployed via a private cloud option, which will be managed by the Sugar team.
The new Private Cloud deployment option for SugarCRM also includes total data isolation, dedicated resources, support for automatic or scheduled updates, and the option to move between cloud and on-premise locations as needed. The Private Cloud option is currently available in Australia, Brazil, Ireland, Japan, Singapore and the US.
“Sugar Private Cloud gives our customers an opportunity to get the best of both worlds –a fully managed CRM service with the location, access, and service levels they choose,” said Lila Tretikov, SugarCRM CPO, in a press release today. “By leveraging on-demand cloud services without giving up control of their mission-critical data, performance, and security requirements, organizations can work at the speed of business across the world, and deliver a superior end-user experience globally.”
