StorageCraft today announced its ten-year anniversary. When the Utah-based company began in 2003, it was under the care of just five co-owners, all of whom are still with the company, and today the company has approximately 200 employees globally.
Over the years, StorageCraft has been recognized for its two prominent solutions, ShadowProtect and Recover-Ability through various industry awards. ShadowProtect in particular has received the PC Magazine’s Editors’ Choice Award for Backup Software, as well as the Best of TechEd 2013 Award. In fact, the ShadowProtect solution was one of the company’s first, and has expanded to support Exchange, servers, e-mail and home systems.
Curt James, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Co-Founder, StorageCraft, spoke a bit about the success factors for his company in a press release today: “StorageCraft is a business success story due to the efforts of talented, creative team members and the best-in-class products we produce,” James said. “StorageCraft has built strong relationships with its partners. Also, StorageCraft and its products have been repeatedly recognized by third parties and customers as among the best in the backup and disaster recovery market.”
StorageCraft currently has 3500 MSP partners globally, and this year, they took a big step by opening another international office in Cork, Ireland.
