Plantronics today announced that it would be presenting its latest wearable technologies at the upcoming AT&T Developer Summit Hackathon and Conference in Las Vegas, NV, held Jan 5-6, 2014.
The company explained that for the annual AT&T Developer Summit Wearable Tech Hackathon, Plantronics will provide Wearable Concept1 devices to enable qualified attendee teams to study and develop unique applications using information from the device's sensors. First place at this year’s Hackathon will receive $25k as a prize.
For the conference proper, Plantronics will have a presence in the Exhibit Hall and on an Executive Panel. For the panel, Plantronics’ Senior Director of Innovation and New Ventures, Cary Bran, will discuss the future of wearable tech development with peers.
