Microsoft recently announced the release of the US SMB Partner Center, a portal through which any US SMB Partner may access tools and resources. The portal currently has five sections, dedicated to cloud, training, offers, customer development and the SMB Champions club.
The cloud center covers Microsoft's Cloud 1-2-3 program, which is designed to help SMB partners at all levels of cloud service provision. The training section of this updated partner portal allows SMB partners to view a schedule of live and on-line events concerning how to best serve SMB customers.
The offers sections lists all of the currently available incentives and offers for SMB partners. The customer development section in the new portal features prospect lists and digital marketing kit resources to help SMB partners develop their customer base.
Finally, the SMB Champions Club section is designed to reward those SMB partners most focused on their partnership with Microsoft with advanced resources.
