Today, eMazzanti Technologies announced that they have been named the WatchGuard Partner of the Year 2013 in the New York area. This is the fourth consecutive year that eMazzanti has been honored in the Managed Security Services Provider category.

WatchGuard awards the Partner of the Year status to organizations that receive high marks in the areas of Certification, Customer Service and Sales. eMazzanti Technologies swept the certification category, as all of their engineers are fully certified in WatchGuard solutions. The company also provides exceptional customer service through productivity monitoring software designed to catch issues before they cause the customer any trouble, as well as a streamlined RMA procedure, through which eMazzanti stocks extra items to swap out for warrantied customers.
