This morning, Datto, Inc., announced the release of deep product integration with the Level Platforms Managed Workplace platform. This integration will allow Datto partners to provide an improved end-user experience to their customers.
Datto CEO, Austin McChord, is pleased to be working with Level Platforms: “Expanding our relationship with Level Platforms is another milestone in our commitment to working with leading vendors to deliver competitive advantages for our Partners. The result of this technology integration is a more customized experience for MSPs that streamlines Datto device management, simplifies business processes and ultimately will improve the service levels for end-user customers,” he said in a press release today.
Through the new integration, Datto partners may fully manage the priority, status and category of Datto services, including off-site backups, via the Datto Service Module on the Level Platforms Managed Workplace Update Center. This will simplify the overall management process for MSPs, resulting in shorter issue resolution times.
