D&H Distributing said that it has furthered its partner services initiatives via CRM (customer relationship management) capabilities through use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The distributor will integrate this product with targeted, content-rich marketing and communications campaigns to more proactively support and educate its reseller customers, as an extension of the distributor’s personalized customer service model.
Through the new CRM-based marketing initiative, D&H will offer marketing “Power Kits,” which provide VARs with brandable brochure templates and vendor materials that complement each recipient’s individual business. The objective is to empower participating resellers with a communications package to help them engage end-customers regarding a particular brand or solution.
The new CRM capabilities will allow D&H personnel to better target the appropriate recipients for these customizable resources. Such capabilities are particularly useful for the D&H Solutions Specialist team, which can now easily cater materials to support specific training initiatives or customer deployments.
The Power Kits will be rolled out to resellers starting in late Q4 will continue into Q1 2014.
