Today, Citrix announced the availability of their NetScaler Insight Center, which is an end-to-end visibility solution based on Citrix’s cloud networking platform. The solution has been designed to use the existing networking resources to give deeper insight into user experience for applications.
“NetScaler Insight Center is bringing the analysis capabilities people are used to in the consumer world to the mainstream datacenter network. Uniquely leveraging in place intelligence in the network combined with big data constructs transforms how an enterprise can proactively triage and address datacenter issues around the delivery of cloud, virtual desktop and mobile services,” said Sunil Potti, Vice President and General Manager, NetScaler Product Group, Citrix.
The NetScaler Insight Center leverages AppFlow technology and has two major features, announced today:
- Web Insight, which provides IT teams with real-time monitoring as well as reporting based on current and historical analytics. This insight allows the IT department to gauge application performance and user experience, and work to improve both.
- HDX Insight, a monitoring program for Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop deployments. With this feature, users are able to maintain SLAs for any user and device, and monitor employee productivity.
