Broadvox recently published a step-by-step guide designed to help current and prospective clients better select the proper UC services for their needs, from the company’s new Hosted Communications Service offerings. The guide, titled: “Hosted Communications Buyer’s Guide,” outlines six steps with pathways built for enterprise and SMB organizations.
Mike Gruszka, Director of Product Development at Broadvox, explained the reasoning behind the new guide in a press release today: “We don’t believe that one-size-fits-all. Our Hosted Communications service combines the value of Hosted Voice and Unified Communications into one single, but extremely flexible solution, allowing businesses to customize their communications.”
The six steps outlined in the new guide include:

- How to choose the best call features per extension, based on employee needs.
