Birns TeleCommunications, Inc. announced today that they have introduced a new Cloud Hosted PBX system designed for SMBs. This new system aims to remove the installation, upkeep and hardware costs of a traditional PBX system.
The company currently serves over 100,000 clients in the Northern New Jersey and Tri-State areas, and has recently earned a GSA Schedule 70 contract, which allows BTI to provide general services to the Federal Government.The Birns Cloud Hosted PBX will feature an auto-attendant, as well as the ability for users to add virtual phone numbers, and set up hunting for workgroups on the system. Birns explained that their team can set up and configure a wide range of internet connectivity services, including T1, T3, ISDN, Web/E-mail hosting, and MPLS.
