Passportal , a password management software provider, announced a strategic integration with ConnectWise PSA , which develops service management software for IT service providers, VARs, ISVs and MSPs.

The integration of the two solutions allows channel partners to simplify and speed up customers’ onboarding process and reduce duplicative data entry.
Jeanine Edwards, the director of ConnectWise Platform, said the integration will give secure access and management of passwords, necessary in the management of an efficient and effective IT services desk.
Passportal plans to debut a new user interface this month and launch a new platform, Passportal 3.0, by the end of Q1 2015.
