Lenovo announced today its 2015 ThinkPad product portfolio, including the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, the ThinkVision X24 monitor and the ThinkPad Stack.
The new ThinkPad product portfolio was unveiled in celebration of 100 million units shipped and continued company growth.
“It has been a genuine privilege to be an integral part of ThinkPad notebook success through one hundred million units,” said Brian Krzanich, Intel CEO. “The dedication and imagination of ThinkPad engineers over the years has produced some remarkable technological breakthroughs. As computing takes new forms and enables amazing new experiences, Intel is eager to see what Lenovo can come up with next.”
The ThinkPad X1 Carbon is the lightest 14" ultrabook, with improvements including extended battery life and a FHD display.
ThinkVision X24 is Lenovo's new monitor, at 7.5 millimeter thick and with a wide, 178-degree viewing angle. The ThinkPad Stack accessories support other ThinkPad products; an interlocking design allows users to connect hard drives, power banks, wireless access points and Bluetooth speakers.
