D&H Distributing said today that it is expanding its Solutions Specialist program. D&H’s Solutions Specialist Team is a group of subject-matter experts that are at the disposal of resellers. The team is expanding to provide more dedicated support on particular vertical markets, technologies and vendor solutions.
New program resources will focus on areas such as server, storage and networking. As part of the program extension, D&H will develop new trainings and seminar opportunities around these growth areas, including custom-designed presentations to be broadcast through D&H’s high-tech Solutions Lab; plus marketing and sales support, targeted trade show sessions, and more. Customers can find a link to the Solutions Lab page on dandh.com under the “Business Resources” tab in the left-hand menu to access this new content as it is developed.D&H’s current Solution Specialists are respectively dedicated to Cisco, Acer, Microsoft, Intel, HP, Lenovo, and SonicWALL, as well as to categories such as servers, VoIP; and niche areas like licensing and digital signage. D&H is growing the Specialist Team’s vendor focuses to include ASUS, Buffalo Technology, D-Link, Lenovo, NETGEAR, Tripp Lite and Crucial/Lexar.
Customers can directly contact team personnel to receive in-depth product information, installation advice, sales strategies and other guidance to support sales in these areas. D&H plans to add more vendors and categories in the future.
The program is designed so that resellers can receive personal, one-on-one consultation with industry experts. In addition, D&H’s vendor partners have offered exclusive content to back the efforts of the team.
