Known as Assist360 o, the rebranded service provides easy-to-understand dashboard views of performance metrics across the IT landscape. Furthermore, it is designed to empower business leaders with critical, in-depth reporting needed to support today's financial and compliance requirements--all while lowering overall operating expenses.While current customers of Assist360o will continue to benefit from its services such as automated remote monitoring and alerts, SLA-based response and remediation services, helpdesk support and vendor management, they will now also have access to the Assist360o customer device portal. This will further empower customers with 24x7x365 dashboard visibility into infrastructure performance, robust reporting, and individual device- and application-level performance monitoring.
The enhanced Assist360o suite of services is now fully available to customers, and promotional pricing is available for a limited time to new subscribers and current customers who upgrade their Assist360o service levels.
