Continuum said today that it has hired two new industry experts to its executive management team: Paiman Nodoushani, vice president, engineering and chief technology officer; and Jeanne Hopkins, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. The moves deepen Continuum’s strengths in product engineering and development, as well as all aspects of partner and acquisition marketing programs.
Nodoushani will be responsible for all engineering initiatives worldwide and the company’s focus on cloud-based solutions. He brings more than two decades of highly relevant experience to his role as vice president of engineering and chief technology officer. He most recently served as senior director, Cloud Products and Solutions, at Avaya, where he led the company’s transformation into a cloud-based solutions player.Previously, Nodoushani was with Cisco Systems for over 12 years, concluding as director of engineering and portfolio management. His credentials encompass applications, virtualization, cloud services integration, content distribution networks, WAN optimization and more.
Hopkins’ experience in inbound marketing and social networking ranks among many reasons she represents yet another excellent fit within Continuum’s expanding organization. The newly appointed senior vice president and chief marketing officer is considered a leading authority in these and other fields where data-driven programs and services support growth from the company’s perspective as well as the changing needs of partner ecosystems. Her responsibilities at Continuum will range from leading the marketing team to enhancing its initiatives to fuel partner growth with end users, while strengthening alignment with other product, engineering and service delivery groups.
Continuum continues its commitment to the channel and internal expansion with these new hires, as well as a slew of additional announcements. Last week, the company announced that it had expanded its channel agreement with LogMeIn as its exclusive MSP channel partner.
